Richard L. (Dick) Weisheit, CPA

Dick received his BBA degree with a major in Accounting from Texas Tech University. He had 5 years experience with two local CPA firms before starting his practice in 1979.
Previously Dick served on numerous boards of directors, both for profit and not for profit. He has remained involved professionally over his career, and currently serves on the Professional Ethics Committee for the Texas Society of CPA’s.
He has been an instructor for the Dallas Chapter of CPA’s, and the Texas Society of CPA’s and an author for the Journal of Accountancy.
Dick has experience in most industries, and enjoys consulting with companies to help them using his extensive experience.
Dick is licensed in Texas and Colorado.
He has two adult children and two grandchildren.

Matthew received his Master of Accounting degree with an emphasis in taxation from the University of Arizona and has over 10 years of experience in public accounting. Matthew serves companies in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services. He focuses on helping closely held middle market companies and their shareholder/partners with Federal and State tax compliance, entity selection, structuring, and planning. Matthew is licensed in both Texas and Arizona and belongs to the Texas Society of CPAs. He is also a member of the IRS Liaison Committee serving North Texas helping to improve the rights and experiences of both taxpayers and tax professionals.
